Owner of Blue Velvet Music Group representing the legends of today while creating the stars of tomorrow, Jo-An Anderson Fox runs a highly diverse entertainment management company. With her vast and varied career in arts & entertainment management, along with having been a licensed therapist, Jo-An brings incomparable insight into each client's career which keeps them in the spotlight! She has toured with high-profile entertainers from Bobby Vinton, Englebert Humperdinck to Johnny Mathis, Marty Raybon, Perry Danos, Jay Leno, Shenandoah, the Frazier Band, and the list goes on!

Jo-An Anderson Fox created a one-stop agency for artist development, management and high performance in public relations for legends and new faces in country, blue grass, jazz, the American songbook and pop artists.

As well as her own agency, Jo-An is the Development Director for Prometheus Entertainment for TV Development and an accomplished award-winning writer for jingles. She has worked with Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Oak Ridge Boys, Gatlin Brothers, Crystal Gayle and many more. Jo-An has managed theaters, public relations firms, touring firms, record labels – she's had her hand in the production, direction, management and business side of the entertainment industry for over 25 years. She has an uncanny sense of what works and what doesn't in the industry and also a big heart for her clientele who ultimately become part of the Fox family. Now living in Nashville with an office in the heart of Music Row, she is developing artists in Pop, Country and Jazz worldwide.

Joyce Logan

Joyce is a motivational speaker with a duel career in public relations, marketing and wellness. As the former founder and president of Fan Emporium, Inc., a celebrity based marketing & public relations firm, she worked one-on-one with her clientele which included many top recording artists such as Mariah Carey, Michael Bolton, John Mellencamp, Carly Simon, Kenny Loggins, Kenny G., just to name a few, and also in the genre of sports with Tennis World's #1 Andre Agassi, NBA All-Star Vin Baker, Olympic Gold Metal Champion, Oksana Baiul, and several authors as well.

She built the company to be a liaison between the celebrity and their fans and bridged a very important relationship for all concerned. From connecting seriously ill fans with their favorite artist to creating merchandise and promotional items tailored for each client and their fan base, her business flourished by positive word-of-mouth within the entertainment industry. She also developed satellite offices in Tokyo, London, Australia and Hong Kong to support the needs of her celebrity clientele to support their fan base. During her tenure, she grew Fan Emporium to be the world's largest Fan Service, Marketing & Public Relations Company. Joyce co-authored several books and was interviewed on many occasions by the NY Times, Wall Street Journal and featured on numerous TV shows and national magazines.





William C. Martin after establishing himself in New York, he was introduced to the famous Straw Hat Circuit. He went on to make The Bushnell in Connecticut one of the top grossing venues in the U.S. His next move was to Broadway, where he worked with British producer, Cameron Mackintosh. He was a key producer of Hal Holbrook’s 50th Anniversary Broadway production of Mark Twain Tonight! Martin’s consulting firm improved the business and sales direction of the Long Wharf Theatre, PCPA TheatreFest, Ivoryton Playhouse and National Theatre of the Deaf. He has enjoyed a successful professional relationship with Jo An Fox working together in the music industry, supporting Las Vegas talent, tour promotions and performing arts center booking.
